To avoid misunderstanding between us, this letter outlines and confirms the basic parameters of our relationship. Our Commitment to you:

  • We will provide professional services with integrity, diligence and objectivity.
  • We will maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to provide competent professional services.
  • We will be fair and reasonable in our professional relationship, disclose any conflicts of interest, always be transparent in regards to fees, return phone calls and emails promptly.
  • We will protect the confidentiality of all client information.
  • We will do our best to perform without errors.  If however, there is a mistake, we will immediately take steps to rectify the situation.

Ongoing Service:

  • 24 hour online access to Albridge Wealth Reporting and NetXclient
  • Quarterly Performance Report from Cetera Financial Group
  • Portfolio Review by phone or personal meeting; upon request and as needed

Phone and Email:

  • Calls and emails from clients will be returned within 24 hours
  • Regular Office hours are 10 am – 6 pm Monday through Friday except from February to April when we have additional weekend and evening hours.
  • Trades cannot be honored that are left in emails or on voicemail.


  • Paperless statement enrollment through Pershing is available to avoid $1 surcharge for paper statement delivery.
  • Quarterly statements are automatically sent out and may be sent more frequently if there is activity in the account

Scheduled Meetings:

  • We ask that you be courteous and if you cannot keep an appointment; please call to reschedule.

Advisor Expectations of Clients:

  • Clients will respond to requests for information or paperwork in a timely manner
  • Clients will keep scheduled appointments or call office to reschedule as soon as possible
  • Clients will notify us promptly of any changes in their situations not limited but to include marriages, births, deaths, divorce, retirement, updating beneficiaries, sale or purchase of assets, email, telephone and addresses
  • Clients will tell us if they are unhappy
  • Clients will treat Advisors and Staff with dignity and respect
  • Clients will understand that some clerical tasks are handled by staff and not by the advisor

Methods to receive Your Money

  • ACH
  • Wire
  • Checks
  • Please request any funds at LEAST 5 business days in advance. Some situations ( ie.: a request for a 3rd party check) may take longer to process.  Also some distributions may require paperwork to be signed.
